This Privacy Policy explains how Dicho Agency collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, complete an assessment, purchase or use our services, or otherwise interact with Dicho Agency.
Dicho Agency provides marketing, strategy, technology, AI-enabled, and related professional services primarily for business and professional purposes.
Section 2

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of our services, and limited technical information necessary to operate our systems.
Depending on how you interact with Dicho Agency, this may include:
- Contact and business information: such as your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, role, website, and other information you provide to us.
- Assessment and strategy information: information you provide through Dicho assessments, including the Business Intelligence Journey (BIJ), questionnaires, consultations, eligibility reviews, or other discovery processes.

- Communications: messages and information exchanged with us through email, forms, scheduling systems, meetings, customer-service systems, or other communication channels.
- Technical and usage information: information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, maintain, and understand the use of our websites and systems, which may include device, browser, IP address, interaction, log, and similar technical information where collected by the systems we use.
We do not intentionally collect information that is unnecessary for providing or supporting our services.
Section 3
Payment Information
Dicho Agency uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments.
Payment-card information is entered into systems operated by the payment processor. Dicho Agency does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes (CVC/CVV) in its own purchase-state systems.
Dicho Agency may receive and retain transaction-related information from the payment processor, including customer identifiers, checkout-session identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoice information, payment status, plan or SKU information, and related records necessary to administer the commercial relationship.
Payment does not by itself activate Dicho Agency services. Eligibility and service activation are handled separately.
Section 4

Dicho Agency may share information with GrowthToolBox LLC, a partner company, when necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, maintain, or improve systems and services used by Dicho Agency.
GrowthToolBox LLC may provide or support technology, infrastructure, business systems, data processing, automation, operational tooling, or other capabilities used in connection with Dicho Agency’s operations.

Dicho Agency may share information with third-party vendors and service providers performing legitimate business functions or supporting Dicho services.
This may include providers supporting payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, business systems and databases, analytics or operational monitoring, communications, scheduling, CRM, accounting and financial administration, security and fraud prevention, AI or automation technology, and other necessary professional or operational services.
Information is shared for legitimate business and operational purposes related to providing, administering, securing, or supporting Dicho services. Dicho does not authorize service providers to sell personal information provided by Dicho for those purposes.
This section describes categories of providers that may be used. It does not claim that every listed category is in use for every interaction.
Section 7
We Do Not Sell Information
Dicho Agency does not sell personal or corporate data to third parties. Our business model is providing professional services, not selling customer data.
Section 8
AI-Enabled Services
Some Dicho services and internal processes may use AI, automation, or AI-enabled technology. Information may be processed through such systems where reasonably necessary to provide, support, analyze, administer, or improve the applicable service or business process.
Third-party AI or technology providers may be used as service providers for legitimate business purposes.
Not every customer interaction, and not every Dicho service, uses AI.
Section 9
Cookies, Logs, and Browser Storage
The hosting and application platform used to operate this website may collect limited technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the site. That may include device, browser, IP address, request, and log information, and may include strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies set by that platform.
This website does not currently implement a third-party analytics SDK, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools.
The on-site assessment keeps answers in the browser for that visit. If you later open a report in the same browser, the site may read a local browser handoff when one is present. Those answers are not submitted to Dicho’s purchase-state systems by the assessment page.
If you disable cookies in your browser, some site features may not function as intended.
Section 10
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to administer the commercial relationship, provide services, and meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, and contractual recordkeeping obligations.
We have not published a numeric retention schedule. Retention remains subject to formal legal and accounting review.
We do not delete transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, or contractual records solely because a deletion request is made, where we are required or permitted to retain those records.
Section 11
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
No website or system is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security.
Section 12
Legal and Business Disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process; to protect security or safety; to investigate fraud, misuse, or abuse; or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If Dicho is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Section 13

Our websites and communications may link to third-party websites and services, including assessment, scheduling, payment, and social-media destinations. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Dicho is not responsible for websites or services it does not control.
Section 14

This policy does not promise data residency and does not claim a specific international transfer framework.

You may request access to, knowledge about, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described below.
We will consider those requests subject to legitimate legal, accounting, tax, security, contractual, fraud-prevention, audit, and recordkeeping requirements. We may retain information needed to complete those obligations.
We may need to verify a request before responding. This policy does not claim universal CCPA, CPRA, or GDPR rights.
